FilmGlide LLC – Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

FilmGlide LLC provides digital streaming access to films and video content through subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you gain immediate access to digital content hosted on FilmGlide.com.

Because our service is digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, this policy outlines how billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

2. Subscription Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation before renewal.

3. No General Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial subscription periods (e.g., unused days or weeks)
• Lack of content consumption
• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental subscription renewals (unless required by law)

Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.

4. Exceptions (Limited Refund Situations)

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges caused by system error
• Technical billing errors confirmed by FilmGlide LLC
• Failure to provide access to the platform for an extended period due to system outage on our side

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If FilmGlide offers a free trial:

• You will not be charged during the trial period
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing will begin automatically
• We do not provide refunds for missed cancellations

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account
• Restrict future access to FilmGlide services
